Before You Submit

  • Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Use the official template and file format provided by the organizers.
  • Include author names, affiliations, an abstract and 4–6 keywords.
  • Follow research ethics; declare funding and conflicts of interest.
  • Submit through the official submission link before the deadline.

Submission Process

  1. Submit abstract / paperThrough the online submission system.
  2. Peer reviewDouble-blind review by the scientific committee.
  3. Acceptance & revisionRevise and upload the final version.
  4. Register & presentAt least one author must register.
