Formal Comment on “Quantum Fundamental Speed Theory: Mathematical Derivations of Dark Matter and Dark Energy from the Speed Field”

This paper presents a critical analysis of “Quantum Funda-
mental Speed Theory: Mathematical Derivations of Dark
Matter and Dark Energy from the Speed Field” (JAST,
Vol.4, No.7, 2026). The theory claims to explain dark mat-
ter and dark energy via a “fundamental speed field” and is
the third in a series of papers, the primary references [1]
and [3] being non-peer-reviewed preprints.
