Sana'a University Journal of Applied Sciences and Technology (SUJAST) operates under an open-access model that maximizes the dissemination and reuse of scholarly work while protecting the moral rights of authors. This policy details the copyright and licensing arrangements for all content published in the journal.

 
Authors Retain Copyright

Authors maintain full ownership of their intellectual property while granting SUJAST necessary publishing rights.

 
Full Copyright Retention
Authors retain copyright of their published work. No copyright transfer agreement is required, and authors maintain full ownership of their intellectual property.
 
Non-Exclusive License
Upon acceptance, authors grant SUJAST a non-exclusive license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
 
Moral Rights Protected
Authors' moral rights, including the right to be identified as the author and to object to derogatory treatment of their work, are fully protected.
