Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of job creativity as an independent variable in achieving the quality of employee performance within the Hael Saeed Anam Group of Industrial Companies in Taiz Governorate, Yemen. A descriptive analytical approach was adopted, with data collected via a questionnaire distributed to 900 employees from three subsidiary companies, selected through stratified random sampling.

The study found that the level of job creativity practiced in the group was relatively high (average 5.40 out of 7; representing 77.1%), while the level of employee job performance quality was within the high range (average 5.58 out of 7; representing 79.7%). The dimensions of job flexibility, innovative thinking, and problem solving emerged as strongly influential factors in raising efficiency, knowledge, and job behavior, reflecting the positive reality of these variables practiced within the group.

Statistical analysis demonstrated a strong, statistically significant positive relationship between job creativity and performance quality. Job creativity explained approximately 53.7% of the variance in performance quality (R² = 0.537), and the typical regression coefficient (Beta = 0.733, p < 0.01) confirms this direct influence of creativity as a primary motivator for job performance.

The study highlights the importance of providing a stimulating and supportive work environment for creativity and adopting modern organizational policies that focus on continuous training and professional development to ensure sustained improvement in the efficiency of Yemeni industrial institutions. The study recommends the integration of applied creativity training programs, strengthening dialogue and feedback mechanisms within work teams, and continuous performance evaluation to achieve sustainable development.
