The reality of application the Governance in public Education Schools in the Republic of Yemen

Abstract

This study aimed  to know the reality of the application of governance in the Public Education Schools in the Republic of Yemen.  ,  to achieve this, The researcher used the descriptive approach , and sample deliberately, and the analytical and extrapolative descriptive approach. The researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information. The tool consisted of (104) items distributed to nine areas: ( Strategic Vision , Transparency, Accountability, Powerment , Community participation, Combating corruption , Decentralization, Justice and  Law of rule).


  The researcher used statistical methods to analyze the data using the SPSS program for social sciences, such as arithmetic means, standard deviations and alpha cronbach .


The research revealed the following result:


-The  degree of the application of governance in the Public Education schools in the Republic of  Yemen  was  weak (2.06) and the research concluded with series of recommendations and proposals as Issuing the Ministry of Education the rules of applying the governance in the Public Education schools in the Republic of Yemen and suggested preparing a proposal to spread the cultural of governance in the Public Education schools in the Republic of Yemen.
