Musculoskeletal fitness levels for female students in the basic education stage in the capital، Sana'a aged (10 -12) years.

Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the levels of structural muscular fitness of elementary school students in Sana'a، Yemen، for the age group (10-12) years. The study also aimed to verify the existence of differences in levels of muscular fitness due to the age variable. The researcher used descriptive approach، The study sample consisted of 530 students، who were randomly selected. The researchers used tests and measures as a tool for collect data. The researchers used statistical methods such as mean، standard deviation، Pearson's correlation coefficient، and Tuckey's test to determine the significance of the differences. The current study found that the level of structural muscular fitness represented by the flexibility test (sit and reach) and the muscular endurance test (sit ups) was low، while the level of muscular strength (standing long jump) represented test was in the safe health level. The study recommends that physical education teachers should pay attention to developing the elements of physical fitness، especially those related to health، in physical education classes، in addition to developing the technical side.
