Human Resource Development and its Relationship to the Service Quality A Case Study on Al-Muntab Brothers Exchange and Financial Transfers Company

Abstract
This research aims to investigate the relationship between human resource development and the achievement of service quality, with an empirical study conducted on Al-Montab Brothers Exchange and Financial Transfers Company. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted a descriptive analytical approach and conducted a comprehensive survey among all employees in the company's Administration Head Office by distributing questionnaires to a total of 115 employees. After performing statistical analysis using SPSS software, several key findings were obtained. It was found that the current status of human resource development in the company is average, while the service quality was rated high. Furthermore, a statistically significant relationship was identified between human resource development and service quality at Al-Muntab Brothers Exchange.
In the light of these results, the researcher has reached a number of findings. The most important of which are: enhancing and improving the focus on human resource development within the company and strengthening the process of enhancing service quality. This will enable the company to provide exceptional services that align with its competitive position in the market.
