The Role of Ethical Leadership in Improving Job Performance in Yemeni Public Joint-Stock Companies

Abstract
The study aimed to explore the role of ethical leadership in enhancing job performance in public Yemeni joint-stock companies. It employed a descriptive-analytical method and utilized a questionnaire as the primary research tool, applied to a sample of 433 employees from public joint-stock companies. The key findings revealed that the levels of ethical leadership and job performance were high, with mean scores of (5.51) and (5.55), respectively. Additionally, there was a significant positive impact of ethical leadership on improving job performance in public joint-stock companies, with an effect size of (Beta=0.71). The study recommends focusing on the dimensions of ethical leadership, which play a crucial role in enhancing job performance within joint-stock companies
