The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Crisis Management: An Empirical Study in Yemeni Private Hospitals in Sana'a

Abstract
The study aimed to explore the impact of strategic leadership practices and its dimensions (defining the strategic direction - exploiting core capabilities - developing human capital - strengthening organizational culture - balanced organizational control) on crisis management in Yemeni private hospitals in Sana'a.
The study adopted the correlational descriptive quantitative method. The study targeted the administrative positions (general managers، deputies، head of departments، and officers) in 7 Yemeni private hospitals in the capital Sana'a. A total of 288 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample، 264 were returned and only 244 questionnaires were valid for analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version28.
The study found that there is a high level of practicing strategic leadership and crisis management in Yemeni private hospitals in the capital Sana'a. The results of the study also showed that there is a statistically significant effect of strategic leadership on crisis management.
