Abstract
Study aimed to determination effect of supply chain integration (SCI) in its dimensions (internal integration, supplier's integration, customer's integration) on organizational performance (OP) in Yemeni pharmaceutical companies and learn about the best practices of integration, which have the most effect on OP. Study used the descriptive analytical method using a questionnaire, where 350 questionnaires were distributed, 325 questionnaires were retrieved, of which 311 were valid for analysis. The study population was represented in 10 operating companies, and the data was analyzed using SPSS ver. 28. The most important results of the study were the existence of an application of the dimensions of SCI in the companies under study, especially supplier's integration, followed by internal integration. Study also demonstrated that there is an effect of SCI in its dimensions on OP, as the correlation was strong at 74.5% and that 55.5% of changes in OP are due to SCI.
Study also showed that the internal integration is the most influential, followed by the customer's integration, while there is no effect for the supplier's integration.
Study recommends increasing interest in applying the customer's integration, as it is the least applied and in internal integration because of its significant effect on OP.

The Cognitive Dimensions According To Abdullah Sula
Abstract
The research deals with the cognitive efforts to see “Argumentation” according to the Tunisian critic and rhetorician Abdullah Sula in his two books “Argumentation in the Qur’an, and the Theory of Argumentation...Studies and Applications.” He examines Western theories of Argumentation and extracts from them what is appropriate for Argumentation in the Qur’an, absorbing the “stylistics” approach. The dimensions of argumentation were investigated through the word (lexicon), the sentence (structure), and the image, and it relied on pragmatics to obtain the rhetorical meaning. It combined Western language theories and the efforts of Arab linguists and commentators in dealing with the argumentation of the Qur’an, describing the argument of the Qur’an as the comprehensive argumentation that No theory can frame him, and unlike those who preceded him in this rhetorical research, he searches for the eloquence of influence and persuasion, in Quranic discourse, and not for the eloquence of “Nazm,” and this research monitors every vision, idea, or approach that contributed to shaping Abdullah’s research ability. Sula in his two books mentioned above.

A Proposal Vision to Develop Geometry Content for Grades (7-9) of the Basic Stage in Yemen in Light of (CCSSM) Standards
Abstract
The research seeks to reveal the extent to which the content of geometry، measurement، and trigonometry is included in mathematics textbooks for grades (7-9) of the basic stage in Yemen in light of the American Common Core Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM). It presents a proposed vision for developing the content of geometry، measurement، and trigonometry in mathematics textbooks for grades (7-9) for the basic stage in Yemen in light of the American Common Core Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM). The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach، through the process of analyzing the geometry content of mathematics textbooks for grades (7- 9) of the basic stage in Yemen in light of the American Common Core Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM)، which contain (8) study units distributed over the two semesters (first and second)، and the total number of pages (307) pages، approved by the Ministry of Education، scheduled for the academic year 2023/ 2024. The analysis was done using a content analysis form prepared in light of the American Common Core Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM)، and the results revealed a weak availability of the American Common Core Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM) in the content of geometry، measurement، and trigonometry in mathematics textbooks for grades (7-9) of the basic stage in Yemen. The research recommended urging the competent authorities to develop mathematics textbooks at the basic stage in light of the new trends، including the CCSSM standards، and to benefit from the proposed vision that resulted from this research.

Barat Dialect, Al-Jawf Governorate, Yemen: Alinguistic Study
Abstract
The research studies Barat dialect, aiming to extract linguistic phenomena in this dialect and understand the meanings and origins of its vocabulary. This is done to facilitate comprehension of the words for those who are interested and provide a linguistic study of Barat dialect for future researchers. The reasons for studying this topic lie in the rarity of previous studies on it and the presence of noteworthy phenomena in this dialect that deserve investigation to uncover its essence and hidden aspects. The research community relied on listening and referring to Arabic dictionaries to clarify these phenomena. The researcher adopted the inductive method to gather the phenomena and the descriptive-analytical method to study them. The research is divided into two sections, preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. The first section is "Linguistic Levels," consisting of three subsections: the phonetic level, the morphological level, and the syntactic level. The second section is about "Vocabulary in Barat Dialect," which includes subsections on agricultural terms, household terms, and miscellaneous terms. The research has come up with multiple results, the most important of which are: the significant role of phonetic variation in dialectal differences and diversity, the existence of eloquent phenomena in Barat dialect, such as "tamtamaniyyah" and "shinshinah," the presence of recitations from the Quran and Prophetic traditions in verb forms, the difference in assimilation compared to Standard Arabic, the prefix "ba" in the dialect, which indicates reception, the use of interrogative sentences without interrogative particles such as “Jaa’a Abook?” (your father came?), and the alignment of many words in the dialect with their meanings in dictionaries.

Supporting the Brotherhood and purifying the limbs from impurities. Chapter on backbiting، bad thoughts، goodness، and what is related to that. A choice by Imam Al-Shafifi (d. 760 AH)، study and investigation.
Abstract
The research aims to introduce the author of the manuscript، define the manuscript، and contribute to making the manuscript a simple، accessible and useful book that can be easily accessed.
This research was limited to a chapter of the manuscript entitled: "Backbiting، mistrust، improvement and related matters". The nature of this research required it to be divided into an introduction، two topics، a conclusion and an index. The researcher used the scientific methods followed in verification including the descriptive، historical، and comparative methods. The researcher has concluded a number of results، the most important of which are:
- Imam al-Shoqaifi was a great scholar. He was the Imam of the Zaydis in the Holy Mosque. He used to call for Imam Muhammad bin al-Mutahhar. He was a jurist and mujtahid.
- The manuscript contains a large amount of scientific material. It is considered a large scientific encyclopedia that includes plentiful knowledge and arts.
- Imam al- Shoqaifi did not disclose the sources of his manuscript (Supporting the Brothers and Purifying the Limbs from Filth). However، by studying the manuscript، the majority of the sources from which he quoted were revealed.
- Imam al-Shoqaifi followed the methodology of Imam al-Samarkandi in his book "Tanbih al-Ghafilin" (A Warning to Neglectors) in dividing the chapters of the manuscript. However، he explained them on the principles of the relatives of the best prophets (Ahl al-Bayt)، not on the principles of the author of "Tanbih al-Ghafilin"، namely، preordainment، postponement and analogy.
- Backbiting is a dangerous disease. There are many evidences in the Quran and Sunnah about it. Its danger lies in the fact that it is related to the right of others. Its punishment in the hereafter is severe، and it requires repentance and asking Allah for forgiveness if it is not possible to seek forgiveness from the one who was backbitten. Despite that، backbiting is permissible in situations that Sharia has indicated such as complaining، identifying، warning، displaying immorality، asking for fatwa and seeking help in removing evil.

Opposition by fulfilling the cheque Study in Yemeni Commercial Law
Abstract
Commercial papers, in general, and the cheque in particular have the power of legal exoneration, which made it a legal payment tool just like money. This legal status of the cheque has become linked to bank payment operations fulfillments, which made it vulnerable to many problems, especially in the Yemeni environment, which has lost confidence in dealing with it due to the weak official role to protect this paper as a tool of payment.
One of the serious problems facing the cheque is the bank's failure to pay it to its legal holder, due to the opposition of the writer for any reason, in violation of the provisions of the law. This entails harm to the beneficiary, which was worthy of research and rooting, in order to avoid critical banking activity and litigation without the basis of the law, if the cheque was cashed despite the opposition of the drafter, and at the same time if the drawee bank failed to pay it to the bearer.
This issue would not have caused the slightest problem if the status was restored to the previous one, which is the inevitable possible result of the opposition. However, the reality has revealed to us otherwise, and we have shown that the opposition system is nothing more than a temporary measure that does not affect the right of the beneficiary but seeks to delay his fulfillment. Through this research, we have tried to answer some questions about the mistakes made by the banking system when responding to the wishes of the writer in various forms. Whether in the scope of traditional or electronic cheques.
We have explained the legal reasons for the opposition, and the jurisprudence and the judiciary have concluded by analogy with the reasons stipulated for the union of the cause, since they are not addressed in Yemeni legislation, because the legislator cannot predict the psychological potential of the cheque writer on the date of its issuance. We have called on the Yemeni legislator to adopt these reasons, so that they are not subject to different judgments, and many interpretations. In this paper, we have clarified the considered interests in litigation, and we have shown the importance of the lawsuit entitlement accompanying the opposition, as it cannot be allowed to expose people's interests to malicious lawsuits.
I do not claim pride of my findings, but I tried to answer through the descriptive analytical approach the position of the Yemeni legislator, and the judgment of jurisprudence and the justice system, reaching practical results that serve the subject. It is enough that I have tried, and if I succeed, it is thanks to Allah, and if it is the opposite, it is only that I am a human being.

The role of strategic direction in achieving competitive advantage : A field study in Yemeni private universities
Abstract
This study explores the link between strategic orientation and competitive advantage in Yemeni private universities located in Sana'a. Utilizing a survey approach, the study analyzes the impact of three strategic dimensions (entrepreneurial, market-oriented, and technology-oriented) on three competitive advantage dimensions (quality, excellence, and cost). Findings reveal a statistically significant association between the two constructs, highlighting the importance of strategic alignment for achieving a competitive edge. While the study confirms a generally high level of strategic orientation implementation within these universities, it also identifies room for improvement regarding competitive advantage realization, particularly in the area of excellence. Recommendations emphasize the need for universities to refine their strategic approaches by further understanding market demands and optimizing resource allocation to translate strategic intent into tangible competitive, as well as conducting further studies to analyze the external environment of private universities in Yemen, such as political, economic, social, security and technological factors, and their impact on competitive advantage.

Terminating the commercial contracts agency contract by unilateral decision
Abstract
A contract agency contract is a contract under which a person undertakes to undertake, on an ongoing basis, in a specific area of activity, to encourage the conclusion of contracts for the benefit of the other contracting party in exchange for a fee. The task of the contract agent may go beyond discussing the deal to the necessity of concluding and implementing it in the name and for the account of the principal. The importance of the research is represented in It is necessary to focus on the issue of terminating a contract agency contract, which has become widely dealt with, which requires that his right to compensation be guaranteed upon termination of the contract, and the extent of the protection that this organization provides to contract agents, the greater the social stability that will occur for this category of society, which is what It has a positive impact on the state’s economy. The main research problem is the extent to which it is permissible to terminate a contract agency contract by one of its parties of his own unilateral will. The aim of the research is to highlight the specificity of the legal system for terminating a contract agency, highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the legal regulation, and investigate judicial jurisprudence regarding it. I will use the descriptive approach and the analytical approach. The comparative approach between the Egyptian and Yemeni legislation, and the research plan was organized into: the first requirement is to terminate the contract agency contract by the sole will of the principal, and the first requirement is to terminate the contract agency contract by the sole will of the agent. The research concluded with results, the most important of which is that the law terminates the contract agency contract with special provisions, with the agent being granted Broader protection, and the principal’s freedom to terminate an indefinite-term contract is broader, as it is not restricted to specific reasons, except for the restrictions of prior notification and termination at an appropriate time. However, in a fixed-term contract, the freedom to terminate is restricted to the absence of an error on the part of the agent and for the termination to be based on a reason. It is serious and legitimate, and the Yemeni legislator did not provide real and comprehensive protection to the commercial agent from the damages that may befall him upon the termination of the agency. The research recommended that Yemeni law stipulate protection of the contract agent from the effects of the client’s refusal to renew the agency contract. The Egyptian and Yemeni laws recommended specifying the period of notice and setting a general standard to be determined. On its basis, the content of the legitimate reason that allows the client to dismiss the contract agent is that the reason be due to objective and inevitable reasons, and that Yemeni legislation stipulates the protection of the contract agent from the effects of terminating the contract for any reason
