The role of intellectual capital in applying the quality of educational services at Dhamar University from the point of view of academic leaders and students

Abstract
The research aimed to identify the level of availability of intellectual capital at Dhamar University from the point of view of academic leaders، and the level of implementation of quality educational service، from the point of view of Dhamar University students. The impact of intellectual capital with its dimensions (human، structural، and relational) on the application of educational service quality. The descriptive and analytical approach was used، and two questionnaires were applied: the first on intellectual capital; It was distributed to (63) questionnaires from academic leaders، the second about the quality of educational service. It was distributed to (329) students from the faculties of Dhamar University، and the results showed that the level of availability of intellectual capital obtained an overall average of (3.49)، while the average of the dimensions of educational service quality reached (3.58)، both with a rating of (high)، and it was also shown that there is a positive impact relationship Statistically significant at the level (α≤0.05) for the dimensions of intellectual capital; As independent variables in the application of educational service quality as a dependent variable، this is inferred from the value of (T)، which amounts to (18.144، 16.294، 14.770).
