The Impact of Lean Manufacturing System on Production Development: Moderating-Mediating Role of Team Work & Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Nile Poultry Company in Sudan

Abstract
This research aimed to measure the moderating-mediating role of term work & organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship between lean manufacturing system and production development within Nile Poultry Company in Sudan. The research adopted the descriptive analytical method. The research sample consist of (200) employees from all job sectors. The research found a set of results, the most important of which are: the presence of a statistically significant impact on lean manufacturing system in its dimensions: (Focus on Customers Satisfaction, Top Management Support and Continuous Improvement) on production development with multiple correlation coefficient of (0.861), They also show that organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates the relationship between lean manufacturing system & production development with an indirect effect of (0.647), and the existence of a statistically significant impact of team work in modifying and improving the impact of lean manufacturing system in its dimensions: (Focus on Customers Satisfaction, Top Management Support and Continuous Improvement) on production development with a change in the determination coefficient of (0.026). The research recommends that the need to increase awareness of team work & organizational citizenship behavior importance, and focusing on applying lean manufacturing system at the Company.
