Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate    The Effect of a Proposed Program to Improving the Shooting Skill of juniors in Al-Mina Club in Aden Governorate. The sample of the study consisted of 12 players who were purposefully selected from the original research population of 22 players. The experimental method was used a one-group pretest-posttest design to measure the pre and post-training performance of the group. The program was applied for a period of three months, consisting of 72 training units (6 units per week). the skillful ability (forward shooting) were studied from outside the bows. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the preand post measurements in the skiggfui front shot from free throws and in favor of the bost measurement. The researchers recommended the need to pay attention to similar training programs and appli these programs to basketball players and coaches in clubs local and national teams
