The effectiveness of a program based on modeling and simulation in developing reading skills comprehension among fifth-grade students in Amanat Al-Asimah - Sana’a

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of modeling and simulation in developing reading comprehension skills among fifth - grade students - in the basic education stage in Amanat Al-Asimah - Sana’a - based on the two approaches (descriptive and quasi-experimental), To achieve the goal, of the study, a list of skills designed according to modeling and simulation, a, and an achievement test were prepared and Presented to the students. The arbitrators examined the Arabic language curricula and teaching methods to judge their validity, The study sample consisted of (40) male fifth - grade students, distributed equally into two groups an experimental and a control group were chosen randomly from Al- (Hassan Bin Ali) Government school which chosen as a sample for the study, The results of the study showed that there was a significant statistical difference at the significance level (0.05) scores of the experimental and control groups in the post ,application of the reading comprehension skills test at the level of continuous and discrete skills, Al - Saleh The Experimental Group He is credited with teaching the experimental - group effectively a program based on modeling and simulation.
