Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic planning on the sustainability of industrial companies in Yemen (a field study on Hael Saeed Anam & Co. Industrial Companies). The study followed a descriptive and analytical approach. A questionnaire was used to collect data, which was administered to a sample of (196) individuals working in leadership and supervisory positions at Hael Saeed Anam & Co. Industrial Companies. The study results showed that the level of strategic planning, with its dimensions (environmental analysis, strategic direction, strategy formulation, strategic implementation, and strategic control and evaluation), is very high at Hayel Saeed Anam & Co. Industrial Companies. The study also showed that the level of sustainability of industrial companies, with its dimensions (economic sustainability, social sustainability, environmental sustainability, and financial sustainability), is very high at Hael Saeed Anam & Co. Industrial Companies. The study results also demonstrated a statistically significant positive impact of strategic planning on corporate sustainability at Hael Saeed Anam & Co. Industrial Companies.
