The Impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Organizational Excellence in Yemeni Private Universities

Abstract
The current study aimed to determine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational excellence in Yemeni private universities. The study also aims to identify the level of practicing the entrepreneurial orientation and its dimensions, as well as identifying the level of practicing organizational excellence in the Yemeni private universities in the Capital Secretariat (Sana’a).
The study followed the quantitative method with a descriptive and analytical methodology. The study used a comprehensive enumeration method for the study population in five Yemeni private universities in The Capital Secretariat (Sana’a). The sample size was (317) academic and administrative leaders working in Yemeni private universities. (311) questionnaires were retrieved, (11) questionnaires were excluded for invalidity, (300) questionnaires were analyzed, and the data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart Pls. The study concluded that there is a high level of the practice of entrepreneurial orientation, the highest achievement came for two dimensions, namely: (creativity, then proactivity), and the least
achievement is the (risk) dimension and a very high level of the practice of organizational excellence and the highest achievement came after organizational culture, and the lowest dimension was the organizational structure in Yemeni private universities in the Capital Secretariat Sana’a. The results of the study also showed that there is a statistically significant effect of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational excellence.
