The Educational Service Quality at Azal University for Human Development and Its Relationship with Student Satisfaction

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the quality of educational services and their relationship with student satisfaction at Azal University for Human Development. The study used the descriptive-analytical approach and a questionnaire to collect the data. The study population consisted of 1588 students from Azal University for Human Development, and a purposive stratified sample of 215 students was selected, with a percentage of (10%) from each college. The most essential results of the study were that the level of quality of educational services at Azal University was moderate, with a mean value of 3.33, and the level of student satisfaction with the services provided was also moderate, with a mean of 3.34. The study also revealed a positive relationship between the quality of educational services and student satisfaction at Azal University. The study recommended focusing on the quality of educational services, continuously improving, and developing them, updating the required standards for the inputs and outputs of the educational process, and updating practical specializations to meet market requirements.
