The study used the descriptive correlational approach, and a random cluster sample of (1200) male and female students was selected. The study included two scales: the academic adjustment scale and the values scale (prepared by the researcher). To process the data, the researcher used arithmetic means, standard deviations, a t-Test for one sample, a t-Test for two independent samples, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. The results indicated that the level of academic adjustment was high, with a mean score of (99.114), and the level of values was also high, with a mean score of (122.214). The findings also showed statistically significant differences in values in favor of females, with a mean score of (124.890), and in academic adjustment also in favor of females, with a mean score of (101.030).
