The Relationship between Organizational Health and Administrative Empowerment and their effects on achieving institutional excellence in Yemeni Government Universities from the Point of View of Academic and Administrative Leaders

Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between organizational health and administrative empowerment and their impact on achieving institutional excellence in Yemeni government universities from the point of view of academic and administrative leaders.
The researchers used the descriptive approach with its survey and correlational methods, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting data from the research sample consisting of academic leaders in (4) public universities, and their number was (438) individuals, and they represented (36.11%) of the total research community. The level of availability of dimensions of organizational health, administrative empowerment and institutional excellence in Yemeni public universities was average.
The results also showed the existence of a positive, direct, statistically significant correlation at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between organizational health and institutional excellence, and between administrative empowerment and institutional excellence, and between organizational health and administrative empowerment in Yemeni public universities. And the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level (α ≤ 0.05) of organizational health in achieving institutional excellence, and the presence of a significant effect of administrative empowerment in achieving institutional excellence, as it was found that there is a significant effect of organizational health and administrative empowerment together in achieving institutional excellence
