The Impact of Banking Services Quality on Competitiveness of Yemeni Banks (An Applied Study at A Sample of Banks in The Republic of Yemen)

Abstract
The study aimed to find out the impact of the quality of banking service on the competitiveness of Yemeni banks. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and to collect data, he relied on the questionnaire tool. The study population was customers of Yemeni banks, and the sample was (100) client. using the stratified random sampling method. The data was analyzed and the results were presented using the statistical program (SPSS-27). The study showed that the level of availability of banking service quality in its dimensions (tangibility, reliability, security, empathy, responsiveness) in Yemeni banking was (high) in general, as the arithmetic average reached (3.92), with a standard deviation of (0.76), and a percentage of (78%), and the level of competitiveness in Yemeni banks is (high) in general, as the arithmetic mean reached (3.95), and with a standard deviation of (0.66). With a percentage (99%), one of the most prominent results of the study is the presence of a statistically significant positive effect of the quality of banking services on the competitiveness of Yemeni banks.
