This study aims to identifying the effectiveness of using interactive educational method in teaching the Periodic Table in science for some visually impaired students in the eighth grade in Sana'a, Yemen.

From this general objective, some sub-objectives are extracted, which are:

• Identifying the students' ability to distinguish the shape of the modern periodic table, as well as identifying its basic components and their arrangement. Moreover, it aims to identifying the difference in the achievement level of students in studying the periodic table using regular educational methods and electronic interactive educational methods.

 The study uses the descriptive analytical approach, and it is applied to 20 visually impaired students, 10 of them are control sample, and the other 10 are pilot sample.

According to the methodology of the study, pre-test and post-test are used in order to measure the interactive level with the educational method (Interactive Periodic Table for the Visually Impaired Students).

     The study makes several recommendations, the most important of which are:

• There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the average scores of the study group in the pre- and post tests with regard to distinguishing the shape of the modern periodic table, as well as identifying its basic components and their arrangement.

The research aimed to identify the use of educational programs in developing administrative skills among leaders in order to improve the details of the quality of daily scientific and practical life.

The research used the descriptive approach to delve deeper into the phenomenon, through the use of a standardized questionnaire tool, which was implemented on a number of (22) twenty-two experts specialized in administration and education, and those working in the administrative corps of the Ministry of Education, from Yemen and Jordan, according to the (Delphi) method. Among the most prominent results of the research were the following:

-Yemeni experts unanimously agreed that educating educators about the importance of linking children’s behaviors in early childhood to their administrative counterpart in the future could contribute to developing the administrative skills of leaders by an average rate of 86%.

-Yemeni and Jordanian experts unanimously agreed that there is a link between children’s behaviors in early childhood and administrative functions in the future in any of the administrative skills (planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation, decision-making) at a rate of 88%.

The Yemeni legislator sought to establish legal rules that guarantee consumer safety from damage to products that have become a threat to his physical and material safety. These rules were represented in preventive legal rules by approving several obligations on the supplier, and therapeutic legal rules that represented the responsibility of everyone who exceeds the safety requirements. The desired goal of this is to achieve the legitimate desire that the consumer expects and enable him to benefit from the products and services offered in the market in a safe manner that guarantees him not harming his safety and material benefits ,  on the other hand, rebalancing between the parties to the consumer relationship, that is, the provider with economic influence, as it has the means and technical expertise that the consumer lacks, but The practical reality proved that at many times it is difficult for the consumer (the creditor) to prove the existence of the contractual relationship on which it is based as a basis for requesting compensation for damage based on the rules of civil liability (contractual, tort), so it was necessary for the legislator to expand the scope of liability so that there is a basis for compensation for damage, based on the objective liability of the debtor (producer of the commodity, service provider), which is unless the Yemeni legislator takes it.

The study aimed to identify the effect of using suggested therapeutic exercises in improving the range of motion of the lower extremity joints in patients with post-surgical fractures (hip joint، knee joint). The research sample consisted of (10) patients. The researchers used the experimental method using a single-group design for pre- and post-group measurements due to its suitability for the research objectives. The period of applying the therapeutic exercises took a period of (2) months، divided into (24) training units، at a rate of (3) sessions per week، where the session duration ranged between one hour and one and a half hours.

The results showed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-test measurements in the range of motion of the hip and knee joints، in favor of the post-test.

The researchers recommended the necessity of using the exercises under study in a standardized manner after the patient's vital signs stabilize and under the guidance of the treating physician who performed the surgery.

This research sought to present the legal systems in the history of medieval Yemen, which is the era of the emergence of Islam. The researcher addressed the general situation in medieval Yemeni law, through studying the situation of Yemeni society politically, economically, religiously and socially, as factors influencing the legal systems in medieval Yemen. He also addressed the sources of law in that period, then presented the private law systems (family system - property system - obligations system), as well as the public law systems (government system - litigation system - penal system.

The study aimed to investigate the impact of strategic vigilance and its dimensions on the institutional performance of several investment institutions operating in the Yemeni agricultural sector. The study adopted a descriptive analytical method, focusing on a population consisting of all employees in senior and middle management and specialized positions. A stratified random sample of 184 individuals from these job categories was selected. To collect data, a questionnaire was designed specifically for the study, and the data were statistically analyzed using the (SPSS v28) program, employing descriptive and inferential statistical methods to measure the study objectives and test its hypotheses.

The results showed a high level of strategic vigilance among Yemeni agricultural investment institutions, as well as a somewhat high level of institutional performance in these entities. There was a statistically significant positive impact of strategic vigilance across its various dimensions (technological, competitive, commercial, and environmental vigilance) on institutional performance.

The study recommends enhancing institutional performance in Yemeni agricultural institutions by developing effective strategies for anticipating environmental changes, establishing a comprehensive system for collecting and analyzing information, improving customer service strategies, creating a periodic performance evaluation system, and developing employee capacities through specialized training programs.

The study aimed to assess the level of multimedia utilization by RT Arabic in its coverage of events in Yemen and identify the main topics covered. This was done through content analysis of the site from July 1, 2024, to July 30, 2024, where the total number of news items was 113.

The study falls within descriptive research, it relied on the survey method, using the content analysis tool, and used the multimedia approach.

The findings revealed several key results, including that the site integrated multimedia and Hyperlinks with news content at a rate of 96.46% the results also indicate that RT Arabic provided a diverse range of coverage on Yemeni events, with military and political content topped multimedia use due to the nature of events during the study period, which were primarily military and political in focus.

The site used the inverted pyramid template to cover the events in Yemen to a large extent, at a rate of 92.04%, employing multimedia and hyperlinks.

The conflict frame ranked first in the site's coverage of events in Yemen, as most of the events during the study period were dominated by conflict, and this type is the focus of attention of international media.

This research aims to define normalization and expose the underlying objectives of the Zionist enemy in seeking normalization with Arab nations. These objectives include cultural isolation, the eradication of the principles of Al-mowalati wal moadat (loyalty and enmity), the recognition of the usurping Zionist entity as a legitimate state, the deprivation of Palestinian rights, the transformation of hostile relations into normalized ones, and the suppression of the Palestinian cause. The study employs a descriptive-analytical methodology.

Moreover, the research seeks to elucidate the ramifications of normalization, such as the ongoing killing of Palestinians, confiscating Palestinian land, controlling Palestinian interests, isolating Palestinian cities and communities, corrupting religion and economy, contaminating the environment, spreading diseases, promoting drug use as well as elevating the status of Jews.

It is imperative to raise awareness about the dangers of normalization with the Zionist enemy. These dangers include breaking Palestinian people's will, the humiliation and subjugation of Palestinians, and ultimately, the liquidation of the Palestinian cause. Furthermore, normalization serves as a potent tool for supporting hypocrites and corrupt individuals within societies, leading many Muslims to experience psychological defeat and despair. It also results in the control of official decision-making in normalizing states, the undermining of collective Arab decisions, the erasure of the Al-Aqsa Mosque issue from collective memory, the instigation of internal strife, and the free movement of Zionist agents to corrupt societies in various domains. Finally, this research also highlights the role of normalization in distorting of the image of jihad and resistance fighters.

The research examines the hadiths included by Imam Abu Dawood Al-Sijistani in his book Sunan regarding the hastening of funerals. The researcher studied these hadiths both hadithically and jurisprudentially.

The researcher relied on several research methodologies, including:

The inductive method, to gather the opinions of the four schools of Islamic jurisprudence regarding hastening funerals and their evidences.

The analytical method, to analyze the religious texts and the jurists’ discussions on hastening funerals.

The deductive method, to derive the ruling related to the topic of study: hastening funerals.

The aim of the research was to:

1. Clarify the issue of hastening funerals, which is part of daily life, and study the relevant hadiths in Sunan Abu Dawood.
2. Provide an explanation of these hadiths by analyzing their chains of transmission (sanad) and content (matn), as well as the scholarly views, interpretations, and rulings surrounding them.
3. Discuss the application of this issue in light of modern transportation methods.

The researcher concluded that hastening funerals is recommended, provided that it does not lead to excessive haste that may harm the deceased, cause hardship for the pallbearers, or inconvenience the mourners. The use of modern transportation for funerals is included in this ruling, and in some cases, increased speed may be necessary, but it should be applied conditionally rather than unconditionally.

The study aimed to find out the impact of the quality of banking service on the competitiveness of Yemeni banks. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and to collect data, he relied on the questionnaire tool. The study population was customers of Yemeni banks, and the sample was (100) client. using the stratified random sampling method. The data was analyzed and the results were presented using the statistical program (SPSS-27). The study showed that the level of availability of banking service quality in its dimensions (tangibility, reliability, security, empathy, responsiveness) in Yemeni banking was (high) in general, as the arithmetic average reached (3.92), with a standard deviation of (0.76), and a percentage of (78%), and the level of competitiveness in Yemeni banks is (high) in general, as the arithmetic mean reached (3.95), and with a standard deviation of (0.66). With a percentage (99%), one of the most prominent results of the study is the presence of a statistically significant positive effect of the quality of banking services on the competitiveness of Yemeni banks.

This research aims to study the impact of the internal work environment represented by the dimensions (organizational structure - organizational culture - leadership - technology and information - training) in achieving job satisfaction at the airport. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and data were collected using a questionnaire. The research community represented all administrative leaders in the General Administration of Sana'a International Airport (Director General, Deputy Director General, Department Managers, Heads of Departments). The comprehensive enumeration method was used for the research community, which amounted to (94) individuals, and was distributed to the sample members and retrieved in full. The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant impact of the internal work environment in achieving job satisfaction at Sana'a International Airport 0

This study aims to identify the degree of practicing the strategic planning  in faculties of Education at Yemeni universities in light of accreditation standards. The study employed a descriptive approach Departments, and adopted a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study sample consisted of (111) faculty members it was randomly selected accordingly.

The study reached a number of findings, the most significant of which include the following: the degree of practicing strategic planning in faculties of Education, was at a moderate level of agreement. In addition, both sub-standards, which are strategic directions and the strategic plan with its implementation plan, achieved a moderate level of agreement. There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) in the mean responses of the study sample regarding the level of strategic planning implementation in faculties of Education at Yemeni universities in light of accreditation standards, attributable to the variables of academic rank and years of experience. However, there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of (faculty), faculty Dhamar and faculty Amran  between at the overall strategic planning level and in the sub - standard of the strategic plan and its implementation plan in favor of the faculty of Amran. Also, there were no statistically significant differences in sub-standard  the strategic directions.

The term form is used in the general theory of obligation, and it refers to the external appearances accompanying the method of expressing the will and the stages of concluding the legal act. Through it, the legislator aims to ensure that the document is issued in a clear manner, expressing the true will of the contracting parties.

Writing is one of the most important forms of formality required for the establishment of some contracts and transactions, and official documents occupy the first place in the list of written forms required for the establishment of some transactions, or their proof.

The essence of the problem that the research seeks to address is to draw the attention of the Yemeni legislator to the legislative shortcomings that characterized his approach when organizing the provisions of the official document in the current Evidence Law, which requires adding new texts to ensure the strength of the official document’s authority, and reviewing the text of Article (100) thereof, so that official documents achieve their intended purpose. This research came to shed light on this defect by highlighting the practical value of the official document in stabilizing actions and reducing disputes, adopting the analytical and comparative approach in studying this topic.

Modern laws stipulate a number of formal and substantive conditions necessary to give a written document official status and legal validity.

This study aimed to identify the level of self-concept among Yemeni police officers and to determine the level of differences in self-concept according to demographic variables (age, marital status, educational qualification, military rank, job level, years of service). The researchers adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (355) officers who were selected using a random sampling method. To achieve the study objectives, the researchers used a Self-Concept Scale (developed by the researchers, 2024). The study findings showed that the level of self-concept among Yemeni police officers is high. The most prevalent self-concepts were the Real Self (ranked first), followed by the Ideal Self, the Social Self, and finally the Perceived Self. The findings also showed statistically significant differences in the level of self-concept among Yemeni police officers according to the variables of age (in favor of the 30-39 age group), marital status (in favor of married officers), educational qualification (in favor of those with higher qualifications: PhD and Master's degrees), military rank (in favor of the Lieutenant Colonel and Colonel ranks), and job level (in favor of leadership positions), while there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of years of service.

     This study aimed to examine the extent to which Yemeni universities adopt and implement International Accounting Education Standards (IAES) and the impact of this adoption on the quality of accounting education. The focus was on the first four essential IAES standards, which cover entry requirements for accounting education programs (IAES1), technical competencies for accountants (IAES2), professional skills (IAES3), and professional ethical conduct (IAES4). These standards represent the foundations for the initial professional development of accounting students .A questionnaire was used as the primary tool for collecting data from a sample that included faculty members from some Yemeni universities, practicing Yemeni certified accountants, and accounting graduates. The study found that Yemeni universities adopt and implement these standards to varying degrees, with IAES4 being the most adopted and IAES1 the least. The results revealed a positive relationship between the adoption and implementation of the four IAES standards and the improvement of accounting education quality in Yemen, which enhances the efficiency of graduates and improves their performance in the labor market. The study recommended several measures, including enhancing the adoption and application of international accounting standards, developing accounting curricula to align with international standards, increasing field training opportunities, utilizing technology, and fostering collaboration between universities and the labor market.

This study deals with the subject of organized crime international conventions and how the Alyemeni law deals with this serious type of crime, And political, social and cultural factors .

There are those who see it subject to the criterion of continuity and permanence, any agreement between people permanently and continuously to achieve a particular goal or to collect wealth, and there are those who see it merely criminal behavior depends on professionalism, organization and accuracy . This research seeks to introduce the scholar Muḥammad b. Yaḥya Ḥanash and publish a brief biography of him. The researcher tried to collect information about him from all available historical sources and references, and tried as much as possible to document, collect, and present a complete picture of him in this study. No study or research has been conducted on the scholar Hanash before. The researcher used the historical method and the descriptive analytical method. This research is the first work that talks about his life and biography through the biographical books that talked about him, and through his writings, especially his book “Yāqūtat al-Ghayāṣaḥ al-Jāmeʿa li-Maʿānī al-Khulāsah al-Nāfiʿa,” which is a book on theology. Through it, we can know the author's method in responding to those who disagree with the followers of Islamic and non-Islamic sects and groups on the issue of monotheism and transcendence of God Almighty, and what befits Him of attributes and what is not, and his method of presenting evidence and demonstrating the argument against them, and thus he arrives at establishing the Zaidi principles in the science of theology, and that the principles on which monotheism and justice are based for them are the most correct principles in transcending God Almighty from what is not befitting Him of attributes and states. Among the most prominent results of the research is that the jurist Hanash was limited to teaching and writing only, and that he was one of the great Zaidi scholars of his time, and that his book " Yāqūtat al-Ghayāṣaḥ " is his most famous and most important book in the science of theology; as it was adopted as a curriculum for students in science circles for a long period of time. Among the most important recommendations of the research is to include an investigation of all his works; as he has works in doctrine and jurisprudence, as well as to include shedding more light on his life, and studying his works and his Zaidi intellectual heritage.

This research aims to introduce the scholar Suleiman ben Yahya ben Omar Maqbool Al-Ahdal (died: 1197 AH)، and to explain his approach and terminology in his book " Fatwas " The researcher used the historical inductive approach when introducing the scholar Suleiman ben Yahya ben Omar Maqbool Al-Ahdal (d: 1197 AH)، and the descriptive approach when presenting his approach and terminology in his fatwas. One of the most prominent findings reached by the researcher is that the scholar Sulaiman al-Ahdal was a great scholar and investigator، who had a scientific standing among the scholars of his time. He was famous for his knowledge and jurisprudence، and his familiarity with many sciences addition to his mastery of th sciences of th Nobk hadith and his ready in twtion his strong ability and his convincing style in answering fatwas، and his book "fatwas"  is one of his scientific  works.

This study presents A New Sabaean Inscription; it is published for the first time. The content of this inscription indicates that it is one of the inscriptions of the dedications of humans for the god £lmqh, and the source of the Inscription is the city of Kamanhu (Kamna) of Ma'in, in Al-Jawf, Yemen, as it contains for the first time the name of (¥mkrb), as the king of the city of Kamna, and the inscription can be traced back to the eighth century BC.

The study was divided into an introduction followed by the text of the inscription in Arabic and Latin letters, then the meaning of the inscription in Arabic, a linguistic analysis of its words, an explanation of the political, religious and social implications of its content, and then a presentation of the most important results reached by this study.

This research aimed to measure the moderating-mediating role of term work & organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship between lean manufacturing system and production development within Nile Poultry Company in Sudan. The research adopted the descriptive analytical method. The research sample consist of (200) employees from all job sectors. The research found  a set of results, the most important of which are: the presence of a statistically significant impact on lean manufacturing system in its dimensions: (Focus on Customers Satisfaction, Top Management Support and Continuous Improvement) on production development with multiple correlation coefficient of (0.861), They also show that organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates the relationship between lean manufacturing system & production development with an indirect effect of (0.647), and the existence of a statistically significant impact of team work in modifying and improving the impact of lean manufacturing system in its dimensions: (Focus on Customers Satisfaction, Top Management Support and Continuous Improvement) on production development with a change in the determination coefficient of (0.026). The research recommends that the need to increase awareness of team work & organizational citizenship behavior importance, and focusing on applying lean manufacturing system at the Company.

The study aimed to analyze the relationship between the knowledge areas of construction projects according to the (PMBOK) framework, with its dimensions: (Project Integration Management, Project Schedule Management, Project Cost Management, Project Resource Management, and Project Procurement Management), and the quality of construction projects (USAID) with its dimensions: (Relevance, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Impact, and Sustainability) in the construction sector of the Yemeni Economic Corporation. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and used a comprehensive survey method, targeting a sample of 73 employees.

The study found a strong positive and statistically significant relationship between the knowledge areas and project quality, with Project Resource Management and Project Integration Management having the most significant impact.

The study recommended adopting (PMBOK) standards as a mandatory system for project management, enhancing training and capacity building in project design, implementation, and management, and increasing awareness of quality management through training courses and workshops. It also emphasized implementing a quality system based on the five quality standards as a measurement tool to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement of construction projects.

This research aims to provide a comprehensive framework for this science, as a new science and an important branch of applied linguistics, as this science is concerned with studying language and its relationship to society, and that studying language without referring to the social context is an effort that is not worth the effort, and the word has no meaning if isolated from this context, and sociolinguistics differs from general linguistics in that the latter is only concerned with the linguistic structure away from the social context, and the importance of the research lies in that it deals with aspects of this science starting from the definition and origin, as the relationship between language and society formed a motive for the emergence of sociolinguistics, as it deals with the fields of studies of this science for language, and passing through the objectives of this science that shows the impact of society on various linguistic phenomena and its importance and its relationship with some similar sciences and stating the most important factors that cause the impact of society on language and reaching the applied study of this science. The research attempts to answer the following questions: What is the limit of sociolinguistics? What is the importance of this science? What are the most prominent fields studied by sociolinguistics? What is the relationship between sociolinguistics, general linguistics and other sciences? What are the societal factors that affect language?

As for the research methodology, it is the descriptive analytical methodology, while the research plan came as follows: In the first section, I dealt with: defining science, its origins and its subject. As for the second section, I explained the fields of science and its objectives. In the third section, I explained its relationship with some sciences, with a statement of some social factors that affect language. As for the last section, I dealt with the part related to the political system in the letter of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) to Malik bin Al-Ashtar with an applied study.

The consumption of qat is a deeply rooted practice in Yemeni society for centuries, initially beginning for religious and medicinal purposes before gradually spreading across all social classes, becoming a daily habit. Despite numerous studies highlighting the impacts of qat consumption on health, the economy, and social well-being, the behavioral patterns associated with this phenomenon have not significantly changed. This underscores the need for new approaches to analyze this complex issue. In the context of using computer-based social simulation relying on Agent-Based Modeling (ABM) to model the dynamics of qat consumption in Yemen, a sample of 545 individuals from the capital was analyzed using a stratified random sample in 2024. The study employed descriptive, analytical, and experimental methods with the goal of developing a model capable of simulating individual behavior in making decisions about qat consumption within a virtual society. Several hypotheses were tested to analyze the relationships between these factors and qat consumption, using multiple statistical tests and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to consolidate the initial variables into latent demographic, economic, social, and health factors. The model relies on a non-linear logistic regression equation to estimate the probability of qat consumption based on the individuals' demographic, economic, social, and health characteristics. The results showed that the model is an effective tool for predicting individual decisions regarding qat consumption, achieving an accuracy of 94.93% and an Area Under the Curve (AUC-ROC) of 98%. This model aids in a better understanding of the widespread impacts of qat consumption on public health and the economy, providing a valuable tool for developing effective intervention strategies within the context of social simulation.

The present research paper investigates the challenges faced by postgraduate translation students at Yemeni universities when translating banking terminology from English into Arabic. It also identifies the main reasons behind these challenges and proposes effective solutions. It adopts the descriptive analytical method employing the qualitative-quantitative approach. For data collection, the research employed three instruments to achieve its objectives. Firstly, a test, including thirty-four diversified English banking terms, was conducted to examine the challenges encountered by postgraduate translation students. Secondly, a close-ended questionnaire was administered to postgraduate translation students to find out the main reasons behind these challenges. The questionnaire comprised fifteen statements. Thirdly, another closed-ended questionnaire with twenty-six statements was used to identify solutions for these challenges. The research findings revealed that postgraduate translation students face significant lexical challenges when translating banking terminology. This is primarily due to their limited knowledge and inadequate training in commercial translation in general, and banking terminology in particular. The findings presented effective solutions and recommendations to overcome these difficulties, emphasizing the need for students to possess sufficient practical knowledge and employ appropriate strategies when translating banking terms.
