The Impact of the internal work Environment on achieving job satisfaction at Sana'a International Airport
This research aims to study the impact of the internal work environment represented by the dimensions (organizational structure - organizational culture - leadership - technology and information - training) in achieving job satisfaction at the airport. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and data were collected using a questionnaire. The research community represented all administrative leaders in the General Administration of Sana'a International Airport (Director General, Deputy Director General, Department Managers, Heads of Departments). The comprehensive enumeration method was used for the research community, which amounted to (94) individuals, and was distributed to the sample members and retrieved in full.
