The study aimed to identify the level of mental health among physicians and their assistants in Thamar Governorate, and to examine differences in mental health according to selected demographic variables, namely gender, marital status, educational qualification, and years of professional experience. The researchers adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and the sample consisted of 328 physicians and assistants who were selected using a multi-stage non-probability sampling method. Data were collected using the Mental Health Scale developed by Ahmed Abdel-Khalek (2016).
