The Relationship between Strategic Flexibility and Knowledge Management: Perspectives of Academic Leaders at the University of Science and Technology

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the relationship between level of strategic flexibility and knowledge management. The study used a descriptive-analytical approach and the study population consisted of academic leaders at the University of Science and Technology, totaling 45 employees. The sample was selected using the comprehensive enumeration method (44 individuals), representing 97% of all colleges. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The study results showed a positive relationship between strategic flexibility and knowledge management at the University of Science and Technology. The sample individuals' opinions about the level of strategic flexibility were high, with an average score of 3.84, and a high approval rate.
