Abstract

The judicial system in Islam is distinguished from man-made systems in many aspects that are unique to the Islamic judiciary. Human، its owners focus on achieving worldly material benefits، without looking at outcomes، and without looking at the devotional aspects that give people peace and contentment، and achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter.


The Islamic judiciary system includes many specializations، lofty principles، and splendid judgment that achieve justice and are not found in others، because its source is divine، and its goals are sublime، and by applying it، security and tranquility will come.
