The Impact of Narcissism Leadership and it’s Authoritarian on Job Anxiety: The Mediating Role of Break and Violation of Psychological Contract & Job Procrastination and the Moderating Role of Organizational Dehumanization & Job Envy

Abstract
This study aimed to explore the direct impact of narcissism leadership and it’s authoritarian on job anxiety and indirect through break and violation of psychological contract & job procrastination as mediators variables, and organizational dehumanization & job envy as moderators variables. It employed a descriptive-analytical method and utilized a questionnaire as the primary study tool, applied to a sample of (384) employees from Dal Group Industrial Companies. The key findings revealed that the level of narcissism leadership, authoritarian leadership, break and violation of psychological contract, job procrastination, organizational dehumanization & job envy were high, with mean scores of (4.05), (3.59), (3.98), (3.68), (3.84), (3.91), and (3.82), respectively. Additionally, there was a direct effect of narcissism leadership and it’s authoritarian on job anxiety, with determination coefficient of (0.150), and (0.221), respectively, the break and violation of psychological contract & job procrastination mediates the relationship between narcissism leadership and it’s authoritarian & job anxiety with an indirect effect of (0.193) and (0.346), respectively, and organizational dehumanization & job envy moderates the relationship between narcissism leadership and it’s authoritarian & job anxiety, with a change in the determination coefficient of (0.142), and (0.174), respectively. The study recommends focusing on reduce negative behaviors at workplace, which play a crucial in decrease feeling of job anxiety within the Group.
