Abstract
The study aimed to identify the Role of Organizational Agility in Achieving Institutional Excellence (A Field Study in the Social Fund for Development in Yemen). To achieve the study objectives, the researchers relied on the quantitative approach with its descriptive analytical and correlational style, and Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Purposive stratified random sample consisting of (232) individuals from the employees of the Social Fund for Development. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The reality of applying organizational agility in the Social Fund for Development was high in all its dimensions except for the dimension of decision-making agility with a medium verbal meaning. The level of institutional excellence in the Social Fund for Development in all its dimensions was generally medium. It also concluded that there is no correlation between organizational agility and its dimensions (sensing agility, decision-making agility, and practice agility) in achieving institutional excellence in the Social Fund for Development in Yemen, and also, that the study hypothesis is not accepted. Based on these findings, the researchers reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: conduct further studies and research on the relationship between organizational agility and institutional excellence in the Social Fund for Development in Yemen, and study dimensions other than those studied in the current study.
