Abstract

The research aimed to present a proposed vision for establishing postgraduate programs in the field of Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence in Yemeni universities - Sana'a University as a mode. The research used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of (28) paragraphs distributed over four fields: Financial requirements, Technical requirements, Legislative requirements, and Human requirements. The research sample consisted of (18) experts specialized in the field of cyber security and artificial intelligence, who were chosen intentionally. The most important results were reached as follows: There is a great consensus of the opinions of experts (sample members) on the requirements for establishing postgraduate programs in the field of cyber security and artificial intelligence, as the consensus rate was high and reached 97% at the level of the fields as a whole, and at the level of each field as follows: (Financial requirements 98%, Technical requirements 97%, Legislative requirements 96% Human requirements 94%. The researcher concluded with a proposed vision, and to ensure the achievement of the desired results of the current research, the researcher recommends the necessity of adopting and implementing the proposed vision.
