The study reached several findings, the most important of which are:
First, the prevalence of negative connotations about the term public relations. Second, the poor appreciation of the general public and practitioners of public relations functions and the role they practice. In addition, there is a failure in the part of curricula to provide students with the skills required to practice their specialty effectively.
