The study aimed to find out the extent to which Yemeni radio stations are interested in sustainable development issues، directing listeners، and forming their attitudes towards it.

To achieve this، the descriptive survey method was adopted، and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (46) employees working for Radio Sana'a and Identity، and it reached several results، the most important of which is that the role of the two radio stations in each task is to pay attention to development issues and form attitudes towards them، and the emotional، cognitive and behavioral effects resulting from this role were all of a very high degree.

Sana'a Radio obtained the highest approval rate in the two axes of concern and the formation of trends at a rate of 94.00% compared to 92.60% for Identity Radio، while Identity Radio obtained the highest approval rate in the Antiquities axis at a rate of 88.80%، compared to 86.20% for Sana'a Radio.

The objective of research is to identify the effectiveness of a program based on the strategy of reciprocal teaching in developing literary taste skills among high school students in the Republic of Yemen.

To achieve this objective، the research was marked according to the descriptive approach and the semi experimental approach، due to its suitability for the nature of this research. The program based on the strategy of reciprocal teaching was prepared in developing literary taste skills among female high school students in the Republic of Yemen، and the design of an achievement test to measure its effectiveness.

The research sample consisted of: (120) students from the second year of secondary school students (scientific) in the capital، Sana’a. They were distributed evenly from two secondary schools in the district of Shaoub in the Capital، two parts to two groups: the first is control and the experimental consisting of (60) students who were taught with the reciprocal teaching strategy according to the program.

In light of these results، the research found the following results:

A- The presence of statistically significant differences at the statistical significance level (0.05) between the average degrees of the experimental group and the control in the post-test of literary taste skills among second-grade secondary students from the secondary education stage due to the variable of the strategy (reciprocal teaching).

B- The presence of statistically significant differences at the statistical significance level (0.05) between the average degrees of the experimental group and the control in the pre and post tests for the skills of literary taste among second-grade secondary students from the secondary education stage and in favor of the experimental group.

- The presence of statistically significant differences at the statistical significance level (0.05) between the average degrees of the experimental group and the control in the post-test to develop literary taste skills among second-grade secondary students from the secondary education stage at the level of (understanding، application، analysis، installation and evaluation).

The research deals with analysis and study a new Sebaean Inscription, on of the Inscriptions produced، Written on a small bronze tablet، It was found in the ancient village of" Ţumaīḥ" in "aL-Ḥadāʾ" District, Dhamār Governorate The one who looks at the inscription will notice that it has a votive nature، peaking in its entirety about the dedication of this inscription- a votive offering- from a woman to (the god) The importance of the inscription Lies in the fact that it has never been published before، and adds proper names and new words that were not mentioned in the published Musnad inscriptions. The research was concerned with studying all the words contained in the inscription، whether known or mentioned for the first time، and the research focused on the Linguistic، social and religious implications of the content of the inscription.

The study aimed to explore the impact of strategic leadership practices and its dimensions (defining the strategic direction - exploiting core capabilities - developing human capital - strengthening organizational culture - balanced organizational control) on crisis management in Yemeni private hospitals in Sana'a.

The study adopted the correlational descriptive quantitative method. The study targeted the administrative positions (general managers، deputies، head of departments، and officers) in 7 Yemeni private hospitals in the capital Sana'a. A total of 288 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample، 264 were returned and only 244 questionnaires were valid for analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version28.

The study found that there is a high level of practicing strategic leadership and crisis management in Yemeni private hospitals in the capital Sana'a. The results of the study also showed that there is a statistically significant effect of strategic leadership on crisis management.

The study aimed to identify the effect of a unit of study in mathematics designed in the light of the integrative approach (STEM) in developing the of solving mathematical problems among Gifted students in the secondary stage. (60) students from the second year of high school at Jamal Al-Nasser High School for Outstanding Students - in the capital city, and two divisions were chosen, one of them representing the experimental group, the number of which was (30) students, and the other representing the control group, the number of which was (30) students, The researcher designed a problem-solving skills test, and the researcher designed the study unit in the light of the STEM approach. The study showed the following results:

1- There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the control group and the experimental group in the post-test of problem-solving in favor of the experimental group.

2- There is a significant impact of the study unit designed in the light of the STEM approach in developing problem-solving.

This study examines the legal rules that regulate the provisions of the cheque as the most important commercial paper that occupies a rank equivalent to money in fulfillment، which is the most، traded and used at the community level.

The act of giving a cheque free of charge، recovering all or part of the consideration after ordering its payment، ordering the drawee not to pay، or signing the cheque with a signature other than the signature adopted by the drawer، constitutes the offence of issuing a cheque without balance punishable by imprisonment or a fine، and such acts do not constitute an offence، unless they sign a cheque that has fulfilled the substantive and formal conditions required by law.  This is so as to confer on it the penal protection prescribed for the cheque as a means of fulfillment tool that takes the place of money to facilitate and settle financial and commercial transactions between individuals.

The aim of the research is to know the impact of customs smuggling on the national economy, especially after the impact of the aggression on our homeland. After the war waged by the coalition countries directly affected the economic situation in Yemen, both industrial and commercial, including targeting ports, airports, tankers, etc., in addition to obstructing the flow of international trade to and from the territory of the Republic of Yemen

The descriptive analytical approach was used to delve into the depths of the current study through the preliminary data that we obtained to address the phenomenon, and the most prominent findings of the study are:

 Yemen has suffered huge economic losses over the past seven years of war and blockade, which has led to increased poverty, unemployment and acute malnutrition.

Increased unemployment and an economic contraction exceeding 50%, according to official international reports.

The research aims to find out the conditions of teachers and learners in terms of their social status and financial conditions, and the nature of the relationship between teachers and the link between them, and their relationship with their students, and with society and the state, And their contributions to solving political, social and other issues of society in that period, As well as examining the material conditions of the learners and their relationship with their teachers and society. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the historical method in obtaining scientific material related to this subject, through searching the available sources and references, the researcher came to a number of results, the most prominent of which is the impact of the religious, political, social, economic and scientific conditions on education and scientific activity that took place during the era of that state, as well as the impact of the scientific relations that existed between Yemen and the various Arab and Islamic countries such as Iraq, Egypt, Mecca and Medina, Khurasan, Al-Jeel, Daylam, and others, and it is a positive impact on the scientific, intellectual and cultural activity that increased the enrichment of the scientific, intellectual and cultural movement that existed in Yemen. represented in the authorship of a large number of manuscripts, books, and scientific and cultural treatises in all fields.

Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the messenger of Allah and his companions altogether. This research aims to identify the imam Abi Daoud and the judge Bahanan, and to clarify the conditions for the ruling on eating hyenas and eating lions, a study and investigation of    two chapters in the book of foods.                                                                 

     The research came to highlight Muslim scholars in general and Yemeni scholars in particular, and to introduce them and their scientific efforts and their service to the prophet`s Sunnah, as well as highlighting the scholars` opinions on the rulings of eating hyena and eating lions.                

   The research  concluded with results, most notably: this manuscript is full of various jurisprudential issues and various benefits, such as mentioning the hadith followed by the translation of the chain of narration, attributing the hadith to its sources, mentioning the words included in the narration followed by attribution, judging the hadith, exposing the words contained from the linguistic aspect, clarifying the meanings of strange words, and the narration of the opinions of jurists on the issues contained in the hadith, as it is more like a scholarly, hadith, jurisprudential encyclopedia.                                                                                           

The permissibility of eating a hyena, and the prohibition of eating each of the fangs of lions. The care of Muslim scholars in the prophet`s Sunnah, including Yemeni scholars whose remarkable efforts have emerged in this manuscript, and the research has concluded a set of recommendations and proposals as mentioned in the conclusion. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of an educational design in calculus based on realistic mathematic education approach (RME) to develop attitudes towards mathematics among secondary school students. To achieve this، the researcher has built teaching design in limits، continuous and derivatives for the 2^nd grade of secondary school based on realistic mathematic education.     

The research sample consisted of 122 female students from the 2^nd year of scientific secondary school in Sumaya School for Girls in Al-Sabeen District in the capital Sana'a، were chosen intentionally and divided into two groups، an experimental group (61 students)، and a control group (61 students). The data was collected by scales of attitude، and applied to both groups after verifying its validity and reliability. The results indicated statistical significance deference (α =0.05) among the arithmetical mean for both groups، in favor of experimental group، in addition to the teaching design’s effectiveness in developing attitudes towards mathematics.

The research aims to study the shrine of the martyrs of a Maʿbar day in Jahrān District, Dhamār Governorate, which will be an important and distinctive addition to the studies of the antiquities of Yemen in the Islamic era, with what it contains of architectural and decorative elements, most notably planning, and stucco decorations, with what it contains of geometric, botanical and written decorations. In addition to two very important tombstones, which date the construction of the mausoleum, and the name of the builder. This study is the first for the mausoleum, and it included confirmed results about the date of construction and the name of the builder, and the names and titles of those buried in the mausoleum.

Law No. (2) of the year 2011 was issued on 12 Jan، 2011 with regard to patents and utility models، integrated departments design، and undisclosed information. It was one of the recent laws that has been issued shortly before Yemen joined the World Trade Organization. It is also considered as the first law in Yemen that is concerned with regulating undisclosed information although it did not achieve the desired level as it did not involve any provisions that establish responsibility against anyone who discloses such information and then make such people subject to a claim for compensation. In addition، the articles of this law have no punitive terms، which criminalize actions that would lead to expose، take over and reveal this information. This is due to the importance of the said information for commercial and industrial projects، which depend upon such information to increase their competitive capabilities in the market، to increase and develop production and also to reduce expenses.  Moreover، such information plays key role in technology transfer process.  Thus، this research investigates the law's provisions that are related to undisclosed information in Yemeni Law; the study includes two parts.  The first part studies the undisclosed information in terms of its definitions and different forms; also، the necessary conditions in order to add protection to this information and the obligations imposed on the holder of such information. Whereas، the second part discusses the different types of information disclosure and penalty imposed for such disclosures. The research employs both descriptive and comparative analytical methods to analyze the data.

This study aims at evaluating the content of the Spoken English III Textbook taught to the Yemeni
Second-Year EFL students at the Faculty of Education, Sana'a University from the point of view of
the students. It further aims at finding out if the content correlates significantly with their fluency. A
close ended questionnaire of the textbook content was developed, and given to thirty students to say
their opinions towards the content of the textbook. They were also interviewed with the aim of
checking their fluency level. The results show that there are some content problems in the textbook of
Spoken English III from the students' point of view. Such findings show that the cultural aspects of
EFL in the Department of English are not highly considered in such textbook. Besides, the language
functions are not taken into account. They also show that there is a weak relationship between the
content of the textbook and the students' fluency level. It was recommended to increase the
incorporated functions in the current textbook

The study aimed to reveal the reality of cybercrime in Yemen and to know the role of the authorities responsible for cybercrime in Yemen in educating the public about the dangers of cybercrime.  Descriptive method، where in the first stage، quantitative data was collected using a questionnaire that was applied to a random sample of 400 Internet users in the capital، Sana'a، then qualitative data was collected using the focus groups tool that explained and separated the quantitative results، and the qualitative data collection was extended in this study to include  On the in-depth interview tool with managers and officials of media and public relations departments in the entities responsible for cybercrime.

The study found a high rate of daily use of the Internet by the respondents، and that (47%) of the study sample audience had been exposed to at least one type of cybercrime.  The study concluded that the media and public relations departments of the authorities responsible for cybercrime in Yemen failed to raise awareness and educate the public about the dangers of cybercrime.

According to the traditional concept of the private international law, the law applicable to claims of liability and compensation for environmental damage is the local law, i.e., the law of the place of occurrence of the act that gives rise to the obligation of compensation, given that they are among the non-contractual obligations that are subject to the law of their place of occurrence as a general rule. Nevertheless, recent trends have emerged on this subject, some of which try to exclude local law, and call for the application of other laws that are more appropriate; most importantly are: personal law, bench law, law of will, and the law that is more favorable to the victim. Others call for the adaptation of local law by looking at the recent development in the system of civil liability of an international nature and this is achieved by defining the applicable law based on the idea of the social focus of facts, and circumstances surrounding the claim, without relying on any physical or geographical focus, and thus the applicable local law is more consistent and responsive to dealing with this type of claim.

The research aims to present more than one part of the history of the Palestinian cause and deals with the side of the resistance, the Arab-Israeli conflict, and the position of Yemen since the emergence of this conflict, explaining the history of long suffering and desperation in order for the Palestinian people to obtain their legitimate rights. The study explains the effects of the Palestine issue and the occupation, and this research is a theoretical summary that includes many methodological measures, goals and concepts about the role of the Palestinian resistance to the Zionist occupation through a long and extended struggle since the seizure of the land of Palestine, and the research consists of three main axes.

The first axis dealt with the roots of the Arab-Israeli conflict.The second axis deals with the role of the resistance movements in the conflict with the Israeli enemy.The third axis deals with Yemen's position on the issue from its inception until 21 September 2014.The researcher used the historical approach, which relied on the narration of events through the available sources for that, and the problem that the research deals with, then its objectives, questions, importance, and the concepts used, then the descriptive approach, which is the approach that describes the situation that the Palestinian cause has gone through since its inception until now, and the research has concluded many From the results and recommendations, using the scientific and historical references documented through the social scientific method in writing research.

 The research deals with the impact of monetary policy and the effectiveness of its tools in achieving stability of the exchange rate in Yemen.  In the period from 1995 to 2004 AD, through Yemen's adoption of the program of financial and economic reform;  This is done through the theoretical presentation method in addition to the analytical descriptive approach, knowing the concepts related to monetary policy and the exchange rate, and analyzing the impact of monetary policy on achieving the stability of the exchange rate, by addressing the time stages before and after the implementation of the financial and economic reform program;  And the reference to the most important factors that contributed to achieving the stability of the exchange rate and its impact on the Yemeni economy, and the results of the research also highlighted the impact of monetary policy on the stability of the exchange rate, by reviewing some financial statements of the Central Bank of Yemen in achieving relative stability in the exchange rate and the growth rate of domestic liquidity and reserves  external and in the growth of the money supply;  In addition to the recommendations on the need to follow a more effective monetary policy to control the monetary mass, and also to grant the Central Bank of Yemen greater independence, in a way that contributes to the monetary policy reaching the ultimate goal of achieving exchange rate stability.
