Formal Reply to the Formal Comment on''Quantum Fundamental Speed Theory: Mathematical Derivations of Dark Matter and Dark Energy from the Speed Field''

This document provides a detailed, point-by-point response to the Referee Report on my paper "Quantum Fundamental Speed Theory: Mathematical Derivations of Dark Matter and Dark Energy from the Speed Field" (DOI: 10.59628/jast.v4i7.3446). The Referee raises ten criticisms. I demonstrate that the majority of these criticisms arise from (i) evaluating an Effective Field Theory (EFT) outside its low-energy regime, (ii) misinterpreting the physical boundary conditions of galactic screening, (iii) omitting the Stueckelberg/BRST gauge-fixing conditions in the quantum sector, and (iv) misunderstanding the statistical treatment of observational data. I provide detailed derivations, dimensional analyses, and references to the existing literature to support my responses
