The level of availability of dimensions of transformational leadership for the telecommunications sector in Yemen from the point of view of workers in general was high, with an arithmetic mean of (3.70) with a standard deviation of (0.786) at a rate of (74%). The level of availability of dimensions of outstanding performance for the telecommunications sector in Yemen from the point of view of workers in general was high, with an arithmetic mean of (3.61) with a standard deviation of (0.724) at a rate of (72.4%).
