Cash Consideration for the Worker’s Annual Leave Balance
Abstract
The researcher resorts to the labor law texts which regulate annual leave, and uses them as a research topic, in light of the ambiguity of the legislative text regulating them, and the judiciary’s burden on the text more than it can bear, with the latter ignoring the subjectivity of the labor law and the consequences resulting from its special legal nature, and despite the combination of the word comparative labor laws on the principle that it is not permissible to collect in-kind annual leave for more than two years. However, the texts of some of these laws were not conclusive regarding the permissibility or impermissibility of accumulating cash consideration for annual leave that the worker has not used. In addition, the Palestinian judicial position in particular is not uniform, as it became clear by extrapolation that the different provisions have been issued, so the researcher set out to clarify the cash consideration for the balance of annual leave, and whether or not the worker has the right to claim the unused annual leave for the entire period of the employment contract, in light of the Palestinian, Egyptian, and Kuwaiti labor law.

The Lawsuit for the Annulment of Administrative Decisions and its Judicial Applications in the Yemeni Legal System: A Comparative Study
Abstract
This study seeks to analyze the lawsuit for the annulment of administrative decisions within the Yemeni legal system through a comparative study of the judicial systems in Yemen and Egypt. The study analytically addresses the concept of annulment lawsuits and their legal nature, and the conditions that must be met for their acceptance before the judiciary, which include conditions related to the lawsuit itself, such as interest, standing, and capacity, as well as procedural conditions such as specified deadlines and the absence of parallel appeal methods. The study also reviews the defects that may affect administrative decisions and make them subject to annulment, dividing them into formal defects represented by lack of jurisdiction and defects in form and procedures, and substantive defects, including defects in cause, subject matter, and purpose. The study adopted a comparative approach to analyse judicial applications in both countries and an analytical approach to examine judicial rulings and relevant legal texts. The study concludes that annulment lawsuits are among the most important mechanisms of judicial oversight over public administration activities, and that they play a fundamental role in achieving the principle of legality and protecting individual rights from defective administrative decisions, while providing recommendations for developing the legal and procedural environment related to these lawsuits.

The form of the state and the solution to the problem of power concentration (The struggle for power) and achieving development: change for stability and development
Abstract
The focus of this study focuses on the third pillar of the state, which is the pillar of power in the state and its role in building the state and forming the nation through a new and in-depth reading of the principle of separation of powers as wanted by Montesquieu, not as stated in the development of this principle with the two political systems parliamentary in Britain and mixed, and then the semi-presidential political system in France. This is the principle through which we can know the form of the state, just as we can know the shape of the political system, by standing on two central ideas in it: the idea of balance, and the idea that power suspends power on the vertical and horizontal levels, and that to ensure the stability of the state and its continuity over time. The study discussed this through two chapters. The first chapter introduced us through two chapters and a number of demands on the form of the state and the distinction between the concepts of state and power. We also touched on the function of power in achieving balance between social groups with different interests, as well as achieving integration among them. In the second chapter, we discussed political federalism and fiscal federalism and the guarantees of their success.
The study confirmed that this depends on the ability of the Yemeni political actors and their conviction to give priority to the supreme interest (public). They have to write a new social contract that they undertake to respect its provisions and commit to applying them, through which they can manage diversity and difference, end conflicts, preserve unity in the shadow of the union. Build the state and form the nation.

The effects of watching Japanese anime series on children in Yemeni society from the parents' point of view
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effects of watching Japanese anime series on children from the parents’ point of view. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. It was applied to a pre-sample of (18) parents, then applied to a sample of (68) parents, fathers and mothers, whose children watch Japanese anime series
The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The social effects were at the forefront of the effects resulting from watching anime series, represented by procrastination in carrying out assigned tasks, and children's preference for watching these series instead of interacting with family members. This was followed by the psychological effects, represented by children having difficulty controlling their emotions and feeling tense and anxious while watching Japanese anime series, especially those full of exciting events or difficult situations. As for the educational effects, they were embodied in the children's decline in their commitment to their homework and schoolwork, and their weak concentration on studying as a result of excessive preoccupation with anime series. Finally, came the ideological effects, represented by weak commitment to performing religious duties.

The Meaning of Language According to Analytic Philosophy
Abstract
This research aims to explore the nature and meaning of language in modern analytical philosophy، as analytic philosophers view language as the key to understanding philosophical issues and resolving their problems. Analytical philosophy has thus evolved into a linguistic philosophy at its core; language is no longer merely a tool for expression but has become a field for analysis and examination. By focusing on the ordinary use of words، analytic philosophers sought to clarify meanings and remove ambiguity and obscurity from philosophical and scientific concepts. The study discusses the views of prominent figures in this movement - such as Wittgenstein، Moore، and Carnap - demonstrating how the focus shifted from metaphysical inquiry to the analysis of the structure and functions of language. It concludes that، from tconfusiontive of analytic philosophers، language is not merely a means of communication but a framework for understanding reality and a tool for eliminating intellectual confusions، making it the central concern of contemporary philosophical inquiry.

The Position of the Human Element in the Path of the Evolution of the Development Concept
Abstract
This theoretical study aimed to address the most important definitions proposed around the concept of development, review the important changes in its content, highlight the nature of the human element and its importance in development models, and emphasize the dialectical relationship between economic growth and human element throughout those models. The study relied on the historical descriptive-analytical method to achieve its objective, using books, previous studies, and research as tools for data collection. The study showed that the concept of development emerged in the economic field. Consequently, the concept focused on economic growth as a declared goal, objective, and means. And ignoring the human element. The importance of the human element evolved throughout the trajectory of the development concept's evolution from an undeclared means in older development models to becoming a declared goal, objective, and means in modern development models. Conversely, the importance of economic growth declined from being a declared goal, objective, and means for development to becoming an undeclared goal and objective, yet a declared means. This means economic growth still holds importance in modern development models as an undeclared goal and objective, which might be a reason for their deficiency and distortion. The study anticipates the emergence of future development models that focus solely on the human element as the ultimate declared goal, objective, and means. In such models, economic growth would be merely a means, whether declared or undeclared.

The Role of Job Creativity in Achieving Quality Employee Performance.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of job creativity as an independent variable in achieving the quality of employee performance within the Hael Saeed Anam Group of Industrial Companies in Taiz Governorate, Yemen. A descriptive analytical approach was adopted, with data collected via a questionnaire distributed to 900 employees from three subsidiary companies, selected through stratified random sampling.
The study found that the level of job creativity practiced in the group was relatively high (average 5.40 out of 7; representing 77.1%), while the level of employee job performance quality was within the high range (average 5.58 out of 7; representing 79.7%). The dimensions of job flexibility, innovative thinking, and problem solving emerged as strongly influential factors in raising efficiency, knowledge, and job behavior, reflecting the positive reality of these variables practiced within the group.
Statistical analysis demonstrated a strong, statistically significant positive relationship between job creativity and performance quality. Job creativity explained approximately 53.7% of the variance in performance quality (R² = 0.537), and the typical regression coefficient (Beta = 0.733, p < 0.01) confirms this direct influence of creativity as a primary motivator for job performance.
The study highlights the importance of providing a stimulating and supportive work environment for creativity and adopting modern organizational policies that focus on continuous training and professional development to ensure sustained improvement in the efficiency of Yemeni industrial institutions. The study recommends the integration of applied creativity training programs, strengthening dialogue and feedback mechanisms within work teams, and continuous performance evaluation to achieve sustainable development.

Minority protection mechanisms, within the framework of the United Nations
Abstract
The concept of international protection is relatively recent in the field of human rights, and the protection of minorities is still developing, largely implemented through bilateral or multilateral international agreements. Hence the importance of keeping pace with international efforts to protect minority rights, especially given the rise in international and non-international armed conflicts. Consequently, guarantees have become a central focus in addressing the challenges faced by this group within the work of the United Nations.
This study, conducted using a descriptive research methodology of international legal texts, aims to highlight the critical and urgent need to activate international procedures for the fair protection of minorities, free from hegemony and vested interests. This requires states to adhere to relevant international agreements and for the United Nations, through its various bodies, to diligently implement these mechanisms.
Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of activating international monitoring mechanisms and reporting to verify states' compliance with international protection provisions. It also advocates for the use of international prosecution and justice mechanisms, if necessary, to prevent situations from escalating into conflicts that threaten international peace and security

To achieve the research objectives, the study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach, with a questionnaire as the research tool for collecting information and data from the research community, which consisted of all employees in the general administration of Yemenia Airlines in the capital, their number reached (1850) employees, and from the research community a random sample of (329) individuals was selected. (303) questionnaires were retrieved, and the research tool data was subjected to analysis using appropriate analysis tools, including the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program.
The research concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which are: There is a statistically significant positive role for administrative empowerment in achieving organizational justice in Yemenia Airlines, and that the dimensions of administrative empowerment (teamwork, developing creative behavior, and self-development) have a positive role in achieving organizational justice, while the dimensions of delegation and motivation did not play a role in achieving organizational justice. As for organizational justice, it was found that its level was average. Interactional justice ranked first in terms of employees' perception of it, followed by informational justice, then procedural justice. Distributive justice, however, was the weakest, reflecting a low perception of fairness in the distribution of rewards and resources in the company under study. In light of these findings, the study recommended promoting a culture of effective delegation by expanding employees' decision-making and problem-solving powers, which would contribute to enhancing their perception of organizational justice and raising their level of job satisfaction. It is also advisable to review the salary and incentive system to ensure fairness and equality among employees.
In addition, supporting professional development and teamwork by providing training and development programs that enable employees to grow and advance in their careers contributes to consolidating feelings of empowerment and fairness within the work environment at Yemenia Airlines.

The Role of Art Education in Supporting Mental Health and Enhancing Students' Resilience in the Light of Forced Displacement: An Analytical Theoretical Study in Palestinian Society (2025)
Abstract
The study deals with the analytical role of art education as a psycho-cultural support mechanism in enhancing the psychological resilience of Palestinian students who were subjected to forced displacement during 2025, with a focus on the Tulkarem, Nour Shams and Jenin camps, the study starts from the problem of the severe deterioration in the psychological safety of students in light of the continuous trauma resulting from the loss of housing and educational stability, and the decline in the effectiveness of traditional psychological counseling tools within displacement environments, and the study aims to analyze how expressive arts (such as painting, Coloring, murals, drama, and creative writing) play a supportive role in emotional release, rebuilding a sense of security, and restoring spatial and social identity, without claiming to achieve clinical healing or quantifying psychological impact.
The results of the analysis indicate that art education provides safe symbolic spaces that allow students to re-enact visually traumatic experiences, which contributes to organizing the psychological experience rather than canceling it, and promotes forms of symbolic and collective psychological resilience, and the study indicates that there is a differentiation in the Students' styles of artistic expression according to gender, a distinction that is explained within the context of the cultural context and socialization patterns prevailing in the Palestinian camps, and is not seen as innate or biological differences. The study also concludes that it is important to institutionalize art education within the strategies of psychological support in emergencies, as an educational-cultural practice that contributes to supporting mental health and enhancing psychological resilience in light of the reality of ongoing forced displacement.

Abstract
The current study is aimed at investigating students’ attitudes and motivation towards the use of the flipped classroom as a strategy for teaching English at secondary schools in Hajjah province. To this end, the study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach. A sample of thirty students were selected randomly from the 10th grade student population (91) of the schooling year 2023-2024 at Alzahra’a girls secondary school in Hajjah province. Two closed-ended questionnaires were designed according to Likert scale to measure students’ attitudes and motivation towards the flipped classroom strategy after the completion of the experiment (teaching English to the sample students using the flipped classroom strategy). The SPSS program was used to analyze the collected data. The obtained data were calculated and tabulated for analysis using descriptive statistics (Mean-standard deviation). The informants’ responses showed that the tenth grade students were motivated when the teacher used the flipped classroom strategy. The overall mean score of the students’ motivation scale was M = 4.14 with a Standard Deviation of =1.09. The responses to the attitude-related items of the questionnaire also indicated that the sample students had a positive attitude towards using the flipped classroom strategy in English classes. The overall mean score of the students’ attitude scale was 4.12 and the SD = 1.08. The study recommends further research on the effectiveness of this strategy using larger populations of English learners at other educational institutions such as language institutes, colleges and universities.
