Abstract

The study aimed to identify the most important requirements to develop the performance of Yemeni Community colleges in the light of principles of governance. To achieve the objective of the study, the analytical descriptive research approach was adopted, by designing and applying a questionnaire on a sample of (134) individuals from government community colleges employees in Yemen.  The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the average degree the overall importance of the requirements that must be met for the development of. Community colleges in Yemen came with a high degree of importance High The total approval rate on the importance of requirements as a whole from the point of view of the academic and administrative staff (study sample) was (80.82%). Most important are physical requirements, organizational requirements, academic requirements, technological requirements, and finally human requirements. In the light of the results the study presented a number of recommendations and proposals.
