Allama Abdullah bin Ahmed Bamakhrama and his fatwas book transactions

Abstract

This research aims to introduce Judge Abdullah bin Ahmed Bamakhrama, and to explain his fatwas in the sale of custody. This study also attempted to present an aspect of the jurisprudential heritage left by the Hadrami school of Shafi’i jurisprudence.


And the systematic excellence of the men of the Hadrami Shafi’i school, as the scholar Bamakhrama is one of the famous scholars of Hadramout, whose scientific works have been and will continue to bear witness to their genius.


The research came to highlight Muslim scholars in general and Yemeni scholars in particular, and introduce them and their scientific effort in the service of Islamic jurisprudence, as well as highlighting the opinions of scholars in the ruling on selling custody.


And in this fatwa are full of various jurisprudential issues and various benefits, which every student of knowledge needs.
