Psychological Immunity and Its Relationship to Self-Efficacy among the Personnel of the Ministry of Interior(A Field Study in the Capital Secretariat, Sana’a)
The present study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological immunity and self-efficacy among personnel of the Ministry of Interior in the Capital Secretariat, Sanaa. It also sought to determine the level of psychological immunity and the level of self-efficacy among them. The researchers employed the descriptive–analytical approach as well as the correlational method. The study sample consisted of 380 personnel who were selected using a simple random sampling method.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers utilized a Psychological Immunity Scale and a Self-Efficacy Scale, both developed by the researchers. The results of the study revealed that personnel of the Ministry of Interior demonstrated a high level of psychological immunity and a high level of self-efficacy. Furthermore, the findings indicated the presence of a statistically significant positive correlation between psychological immunity and self-efficacy among the personnel of the Ministry of Interior. This means that as the level of psychological immunity increases, the level of self-efficacy also increases, and vice versa.
