The Impact of Implementing (ISO22000:2018): Food Safety Management System on Product Safety Quality: A filed Study in Yemeni Dairy Production Organizations

 


This study aimed to identify the impact of implementing the food safety Management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 22000:2018 on product quality in Yemeni Dairy Production Organizations applying the system. The study adopted an ascriptive -analytical approach and used questionnaire as a main data collection tool. Data were Collected data from a stratified random sample of 168 employees working in Yemeni dairy production organization under study. The data were statistically analyzed using spss v 28 & smartPLS V4.


The results of the revealed a statistically significant impact of the Implementation of the food safety management system on quality of the dairy products. Based on these findings, the study concluded with several recommendations, most notable the need to strengthen top management Commitment in Yemeni dairy organizations to adopting the food safety management system as strategic approach to improving product quality,quality.
