This is especially true in today's era of rapid development, where inequality between contracting parties can expose one party to exploitation by the other due to the imbalance in the contract. Therefore, there is a need to recognize the importance of pre-contractual disclosure in achieving social and economic stability and ensuring contractual balance, allowing contracts to be formed and executed without inherent grounds for their demolition or invalidation."
