This research aimed to identify the level of psychological skills among physical education teachers in schools within the Capital Governorate. Researchers employed a descriptive survey methodology, selecting a random sample from the research population of 349 individuals, comprising 242 students, 71 physical education teachers, and 36 physical education supervisors. The results showed that the study received high marks in the two main areas of study (relaxation and self-confidence), while the (anxiety) area received an average mark regarding the level of psychological skills among physical education teachers. Furthermore, there were statistically significant differences in the (relaxation and self-confidence) area attributable to the variables of (gender and school type), favoring physical education teachers. While no statistically significant differences were found in the anxiety dimension according to the variables of gender and school type,
the researchers recommended that the findings be applied to physical education teachers to enhance their psychological skills and implement them in practice
