The Reality of Multimedia Usage in Development Programs(An Applied Study on Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agencies)
This study aimed to clarify the reality of multimedia usage in development programs at the Small and Micro Enterprise Promotion Service (SMEPS), by identifying differences based on demographic and functional variables. The study adopted a descriptive methodology using the survey method. Data were collected through a questionnaire applied to a purposive sample of 70 specialists in graphic design and multimedia, who are responsible for producing media content for the agency's development programs.
The results revealed that the level of multimedia usage in development programs was high. Furthermore, the findings indicated no statistically significant differences in the participants' estimates attributable to the variables of gender, age, years of experience, or educational level. In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of continuing to employ multimedia systematically in development programs and developing visual content to enhance the effectiveness of developmental messages and increase engagement among target groups.
