Administrative Efficiency at Sana’a University in Light of Imam Ali’s )peace be upon him(Covenant to Malik al-Ashtar
The study aimed to identify the reality of administrative efficiency at Sana'a University in Letter to Malik al- Ashtar. The study used a descriptive-analytical approach and targeted employees at Sana'a University (n= 4796). A closed questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 307 employees. The results showed that the administrative efficiency at Sana'a University scored an average of 2.80(56.00% relative weight)، with administrative efficiency ranking first (average 3.00، medium level). Financial and academic efficiency scored an average of 2.67 (medium level). There were statistically significant differences in human and social efficiency based on gender (in favor of bachelor's degree holders). No differences were found based on years of experience or job title.
The researchers recommended: developing a transparent performance evaluation system، implementing fair reward and punishment، and using supervision as a tool for improvement rather than intimidation.
