The Impact of Organizational Development on Total Quality Management in Yemeni Mobile Companies

The study aimed to identify the impact of organizational development in total quality management, and to identify the level of Implementation of the two variables in Yemeni mobile phone companies. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the questionnaire was the tool for collecting data by using the Stratified random sample method. The (412) questionnaires were collected from employees of the four mobile phone companies operating in the capital, Sana’a. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 28 program. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of organizational development on total quality management, where the correlation coefficient reached (R=0.885), and the coefficient of determination (R²=0.784) degree. The study also found that the level of organizational development reached an average level with a score of (4.767), and that the level of total quality management was also average with a score of (4.721). The study recommended increasing attention to organizational development to raise the level of application of total quality management.
