Abstract

The study aimed to know the leading role in business management from the point of view of administrative leaders in investment institutions in the water sector, a variety of descriptive analytical layers, and to collect active data on the questionnaire tool, and the study community was represented by administrative leaders, and since the size of the community (243) individuals, the comprehensive enumeration method was relied upon, and after analyzing the study data and its hypotheses, the study results reached several distinct results: - The presence of agreement (somewhat high) By the study participants on the availability of regulatory immunity in investment institutions in the water sector, through regulatory immunity obtaining a relative weight (74%), the study also showed the existence of a (somewhat high) degree of approval by the study participants on the availability of crisis management in investment institutions in the water sector, through crisis management obtaining a relative weight (73%). In addition to the existence of a direct (positive) correlation relationship Between the independent variable and the dependent variable, and that there is a statistically significant explanatory relationship for organizational immunity on crisis management, and the study recommended the importance of conducting a future study on: the impact of crisis management on the quality of services in investment institutions in the water sector
