Study title: Social Responsibility and its Relationship to Ego Flexibility among Second-Year Secondary School Female Students in Hodeidah City.


The current study aimed to reveal the level of social responsibility and ego flexibility and the relationship between them among Second-Year Secondary School Female Students in the city of Hodeidah in the Republic of Yemen. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlational approach was used. The study sample consisted of (200) female students from the second year of secondary school, and for the purpose of collecting... In the data, two scales were used: The Social Responsibility Scale and the Ego Resilience Scale. After conducting appropriate statistical treatments for the data entered into the SPSS statistical program, the results of the study showed a high level among second-year secondary school female students on the total score of the Social Responsibility Scale and in the two dimensions of self-responsibility and moral responsibility. And a medium level in the dimension of collective responsibility. Also, the results of the study showed a high level in the total score of the ego flexibility scale and on all dimensions (social flexibility, emotional flexibility, flexibility and mentality). Moreover, the results showed that there is no statistically significant relationship between social responsibility Ego flexibility among second year secondary school female students.
