Abstract

This research deals with (phonetic vowels in Arabic grammar) and includes: the vowels of proximity, occasion, transfer, following and narration, which are vowels necessitated by the phonetic occasion, and not a declension or structure ones, and it aims to achieve proportionality and harmony between the parts of speech, and the research was based on a descriptive analytical approach, pinpointing Phonemic vowels, tracing and analyzing their evidence, and trying to explain them in the light of phonemic proportionality and the data of modern linguistics.
