The impact of strategic leadership on Achieving Organizational Effectiveness in Yemeni private universities in the capital city of Sana'a
This study aimed to determine the impact of strategic leadership on achieving organizational effectiveness in Yemeni private universities in the capital city, and to know the level of strategic leadership practice and the level of organizational effectiveness in Yemeni private universities. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of (328) academic and administrative leaders in nine private universities in the capital city. The study concluded that: strategic leadership is practiced at a high level in Yemeni private universities, and it was shown that organizational effectiveness is prevalent at a somewhat high level in Yemeni private universities. The results also showed that there is an impact of strategic leadership with its dimensions (strategic orientation, core capabilities, investment in human capital, strengthening strategic control) on achieving organizational effectiveness in Yemeni private universities.
