Impact of The Strategies of Human Resources Management on Achieving The Institutional Distinction(A Field Study in the Industrial Companies of Hayel Saeed's Group)
institutional excellence in the industrial companies affiliated with the Hail Saeed Anam Group and Partners. The study adopted a descriptive–analytical approach. The study population consisted of administrative employees in the companies under investigation, with a sample size of 341 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire as the main research instrument. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Structural Equation Modeling (AMOS).
The findings revealed a statistically significant effect of HRM strategies on achieving institutional excellence in the studied companies. In particular, recruitment and training strategies were found to have a statistically significant impact on enhancing institutional excellence in the industrial companies. However, no statistically significant effect was found for human resource planning strategies, employee performance appraisal, or compensation strategies on achieving institutional excellence.
The study recommended the continued implementation of HRM strategies with efficiency and effectiveness, alongside regular updating and development to align with changes in the work environment. It also emphasized the importance of continuously improving products and services as a fundamental means of ensuring the sustainability of institutional excellence.
