The agreed upon jurisprudential issues regarding Friday prayers in the book AL Intisar ala UIama al-Amsar by Imam Yahya bin Hamza: A comparative study

The research aims to limit the agreed-upon jurisprudential issues to the issues in Friday prayer in the book Victory over the Egyptian Scholars by Imam Yahya bin Hamza, and to explain the author’s method in editing the issues and mentioning the evidence, with comparison to mention the other Islamic schools of thought in each issue, and to realize his choice that he went to and settled on. In this research, I used the inductive and comparative approach to verify the author’s words in the jurisprudential issues stipulated, and one of the results of the research was that it included six jurisprudential issues in Friday prayer. It was studied and it was shown that there is agreement between all Islamic schools of thought and the Zaydi school of thought, and that Imam Yahya bin Hamzah more than used the phrases (from what there is no disagreement about, and they unanimously agreed upon, and what is most likely in our view). Also, among the results of the research, Imam Yahya bin Hamzah established the principle.
