Abstract

The study aimed at building a training program for the development of administrative creativity skills in secondary school principals in the capital Sana'a in light of the entrance to the administrative creativity،  by revealing the importance of developing the performance of secondary school principals in the secretariat of the capital Sana'a in light of the entrance to administrative creativity، The study adopted the descriptive curriculum، and used a questionnaire from (28) paragraph، which was applied to a sample of 87  school principal، and the study reached a group of results، the most important of which are: The degree of importance of developing the performance of secondary school principals in the capital Sana'a in light of the entrance to administrative creativity according to the views of the principals working in it.  And for the various fields، it came with a "very large" with an average (4.20)، and at the level of the fields the domain of resilience got the highest average (4.28)، and the domain of sensitivity to problems with  an average of (4.23) both with a (very large) degree of importance. The domain of originality came in the thired place with an arithmetic mean of (4.19)and with a“significant"degree of importance، and finally the domain of fluency with an average of (4.15)  and with a"significant "degree of importsnce . a training program was proposed to develop  the performance of secondary school principals in the light of basic creativity skills (fluency، flexibility، originality، and sensitivty to problems).
