A Proposed Strategic Map for Technical Education and Vocational Training System Development in Republic of Yemen

Abstract
The research aimed to prepare a proposed strategic map for the development of the technical education and vocational training system in Republic of Yemen, by identifying the reality of technical education and vocational training in Republic of Yemen, the most important obstacles to its development, and the environmental analysis of the system. To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive approach, by analyzing a number of documents related to the topic of research, consisting of a vision, mission, values and goals for developing the system of technical education and vocational training in Republic of Yemen, in addition to the achievements and obstacles. The results of the research reached, the most important of which were identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges facing technical education and vocational training. Preparing the proposed strategic map for the development of technical and vocational education in Republic of Yemen, consisting of a vision, mission and values, as well as the dimensions of the strategic map represented in (the dimension of learning and growth - the dimension of internal operations - the financial dimension - the beneficiaries’ dimension).
